Zappos Presents: CatCon’s Inaugural Furr-ocious Fashion Face Off

Does your cat inspire your wardrobe, your jewelry, your accessories? Do you think your fashion sense is just FURR-OCIOUS? Show us, and you might win tickets to CatConLA and a chance to strut your stuff on our “catwalk”!

Zappos presents CatCon’s Inaugural Furr-ocious Fashion Face Off, with Host Sonja Reid (@OMGitsfirefoxx), Judges Angie Bailey (@CatLadyLand), Sonya Esman (@classisinternal), and P’Trique (@itsptrique). To enter, show us your “catspiration” by posting photos of yourself in your feline finery to Instagram, Facebook or Twitter with the hashtags #furrociousfashion #CatConLA #sweepsentry . Enter as many times as you like.

Ten finalists will receive 2 Weekend passes to CatConLA June 25-26, 2016 (Passes are not transferrable. Travel and accommodation are NOT included) and will get the chance to show off their catspirational cosplay at CatConLA on Sunday June 26th at 1 p.m. Entries will be judged by our celebrity panel and our audience on creativity, design, and answers to questions from our Host @OMGitsfirefoxx.

Finalists agree to participate in the CatCon’s Inaugural Furr-ocious Fashion Face Off for a chance to win:

• Grand prize: $1000 Zappos Gift Card
• 1st Runner Up: $500 Zappos Gift Card
• 2nd Runner Up: $250 Zappos Gift Card
• All other participants will receive a $50 Zappos Gift Card

Although we know you are inspired by your cat, we’re sorry, but live cats are not allowed in this contest, or the venue. For the safety of our pets and our attendees, any CatConLA attendee who arrives at the entrance to the Reef with a pet will be turned away at the door, no exceptions. We’re certain your cats will be much happier at home.

CatConLA is a family-friendly event. Weapons, and Adult or violent-themed costumes or props will be disqualified. Entrants must be 18 or older. Single contestants only, no group outfits. Commercial or sponsored messages on costumes will not be allowed.

Your outfit and accessories may be store-bought, but our judges may give extra consideration to handcrafted entries. Use your imagination, and have fun!
