Information You Provide Us
We may ask you to provide us with the following types of personal or business information that could reasonably be used to identify you or your business, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number and physical address (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Personal Information”). We may collect this information at various places and forms on the Web Site.
